About Copper Moose Fitness

Our goal is simple – we want you to perform your best, look your best… and have fun doing it! Our training programs will get you results in a safe and effective way. We focus on developing strength, stability, and endurance through exercises that are adaptable to any fitness level. And how do we make it fun? Enjoyment is a key component in any successful fitness program, so we take fun very seriously (even though that’s kind of an oxymoron)! We work really hard to provide a positive and playful environment so we attract equally postiive and playful people (translation: negative nillies need not apply). From the purple carpet to the disco ball, our space sets the stage for fun. Joseph, our head Success Coach, will keep you motivated and entertained so that you don’t even notice that you’re working your butt off! We want everyone who walks through our door to feel like family and actually look forward to working out.
